It’s almost time for the show. We just would like to remind you of a few things.

All acknowledgements have gone out, so check your inbox if you haven’t already. Check-in will go much quicker if all information is completed before you get to the office.

Speaking of check-in, if you haven’t reserved your time to check in, you can do so here. If you arrive later in the show, you won’t need an appointment to check in.

If you order your furniture through Cort, please contact Angela Oliver as Monica has retired. Angela’s direct line is 405-212-5141 and email is angela.oliver@cort.com. Orders must be placed and completed by Wednesday, September 24.

Tomorrow, September 19, is the last day to add classes without penalty. After this date, the $150 post entry fee per class will charged. Online adds/scratches will be disabled.

During the show, starting Saturday, October 4, you will be able to do any adds and scratches online. This is provided your entries were originally done online. Online adds/scratches will be open from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next morning. Same-day adds/scratches will not be permitted. If you enter a qualifying class, the $150 post entry fee per class will automatically be added to your account. If you are entering a championship class and didn’t place 1-6 in the qualifier, the higher fee will automatically be charged.

The barn chart will be available Friday, September 26 at the latest.

The Horse Show Office is located in a different location this year due to the construction. It is located in the Southwest corner of the lower level of the OGE Coliseum. See diagram below. The office is outlined in blue.
